While House 2 House Packers and Movers maintains an exceptional on-time delivery record, delivery dates and arrival windows communicated to customers are estimates. We shall not be held financially liable for transit delays resulting from events beyond our control ("Force Majeure"), including:

  • Severe weather conditions, floods, or heavy rainfall causing highway blockades.
  • National or state highway roadwork, landslides, or traffic diversions.
  • Government transport strikes, RTO check-post delays, or municipal vehicle entry restrictions.
  • Unforeseen mechanical breakdowns or vehicle accidents where safety precautions are prioritized.

3. Packing & Damage Liability Disclaimer

  • Pre-Existing Damaged Items: House 2 House Packers and Movers is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, chips, structural weakness, or internal electronic faults present prior to our crew's arrival.
  • Owner-Packed Containers: Items packed directly by customers in personal luggage or self-supplied boxes are transported at owner's risk. Liability is limited only to professionally packed goods handled by our trained crew.
  • Fragile Plants & Perishables: Live plants and perishable foods are transported under customer instruction with no financial guarantee for natural decay during long transport journeys.
Valuables & Cash Notice: Customers must carry personal cash, jewelry, expensive watches, laptops, and original legal documents personally. House 2 House Packers and Movers strictly disclaims any liability for undisclosed valuables loaded in consignment boxes.

4. Transit Insurance Disclaimers

Transit insurance policy terms and claim approvals are governed directly by the underwriting insurance provider. House 2 House Packers and Movers acts as a facilitator to assist customers in issuing policies and filing claims. The final settlement amount is determined by official insurance surveyors based on policy terms.
